Just keep smiling.
Leslea.Sixteen.Canada.
You feel empty. You dont quite know why. You feel a pit in your stomach, a weight on your chest, a thought in your mind that you just cannot reach. As you’re dragged under, you lose your breath. You’re choking. You feel it filling your lungs, taking over your body, your heart, your mind. A panic is sent through your nervous system, a rush of anxiety, a stream of tears. And then suddenly, you’re numb.
Go out and do something. It isn’t your room that’s a prison, it’s yourself.

The fragility of my life scares me.

fleshscars:

I feel like everything - including my progress, my almost-happiness, and everything that comes with it - are in suspension. It can all come crashing down at any minute. It’s terrifying. My moods jump from deep, dark lows to impulsive and out of character highs. It feels unstable. Such an easily upset balance.
